Meet Vicki White
Experienced Leader in Construction, Engineering, Design, and Strategic Business Development
Vicki is an accomplished leader with an extensive and diverse portfolio of experience across the Construction, Engineering, Design, and Strategic Business Development sectors. She has demonstrated her leadership abilities in key roles, including as part of the leadership team within a £60m/year joint venture alliance. With expertise spanning civil engineering, business development, people management, and both design and construction, Vicki excels at aligning resources and driving talent to meet project objectives, delivering successful outcomes across a wide range of programmes.
Having spent 16 years with a world-leading Civil Infrastructure business, Vicki has led numerous high-profile bids at international, national, and local levels. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including water, transport, energy, environmental, and infrastructure projects. She has also led cross-divisional initiatives that span multiple sectors. In the past four years, Vicki has further expanded her portfolio to include the Defence industry, contributing to some highly innovative and challenging projects.
Vicki’s unique combination of design and construction experience, along with her strategic vision and leadership acumen, enables her to deliver results across diverse sectors, driving business growth and operational excellence.

Meet Nigel Tully
Director | Project Controls and Programme Management Expert
Nigel is a highly experienced Project Controls leader with 36 years of expertise in full life cycle P3M (Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management). Throughout his career, he has directed the delivery of large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary projects across a wide range of sectors, both in the UK and internationally. His experience includes six years in the petrochemical sector, during which he undertook extended foreign assignments.
Nigel is known for his leadership in commercial management, project controls, and Programme Management Office (PMO) best practices. He has successfully led high-performing, specialist teams in quality management, contracts, and project controls. His extensive skill set includes proven capabilities in financial management, planning, risk assessment, resource allocation, contract management, and commercial oversight.
